The week of June 14 is designated as “National Flag Week.” During National Flag Week, the president will issue a proclamation urging U.S. citizens to fly the American flag for the duration of that week. The flag should also be displayed on all Government buildings. Some organizations hold parades and events in celebration of America’s national flag and everything it represents.

My first week of working nights has been going pretty well. Last night was very rough but hopefully tonight will be better. One of the guys that I have not worked with before likes to watch the TV and have it very very loud. At least to me it is loud.
Tomorrow I will try to stay awake and then stay up late into the night so I can sleep on Monday. I only have one night off then I work a night and then have another night off. Hopefully the schedule will settle down some and my days off will be together.
My son has a baseball game later today, I am not sure if he will play or not. He has kind of been an ass to the team. I kept him home from a game because he didn’t do his chores. I hope sooner or later he will figure it out. I think it is a teenager thing and he is trying to spread his wings some. If he’s not careful though those wings are gonna get clipped real soon.
I upgraded to Wordpress 2.8 and I am not very happy. They seem to have left a lot of features out of this update from the last version. I hope they send out a fix for it. It sure does cause a lot of problems and increases the time to post things. I may have to try and figure out how to reverse my update.
