A lot has gone on over the past week or so. I had a migraine for about a week. I still have a headache which doesn’t want to go away but I am now able to lift my head and go to work. Maybe I need a Lobotomy.
Dawnell had to leave last week for Colorado and was gone for 4 days. Dawnell’s mom came up and stayed with my son while I was at work.
We also added a new addition to our family, another kitten. This one is kind of orange and at first we named him Dexter but decided Garfield was better. I myself think he is deaf since he doen’t even look at you when you say his name and only moves his ears when you make a loud or high pitched noise close to him. He is fun to watch since he is all over the place and never seems to stop. The first day he make into the house he went up to the dogs and gave them each a good scratch with his claws and none of the dogs seem to bother him. He just walks with them and even plays with them now. He really likes their tails.

Well 70 years ago the war in Europe started. I see everyone saying that it was the start of World War II but actually the war in Asia had been going on for a few years before the invasion of Poland.
One thing I never understood about the war in Europe was why didn’t England and France go to war with the USSR after they invaded the eastern half of Poland? Germany moved west but the Soviets invaded from the East.
I was reading in Spiegel on why the world didn’t stop Hitler. It is a 5 part story and only parts one and two are out now. I look forward to reading the rest, since it is a German view on what happened in the beginning of the war.
