I am still feeling better every day, although I am starting to cough a little more. Hopefully it is just my body getting rid of the crap that stored up over the past week or so.
I slept pretty good yesterday after work until the scanner went off with the weekly weather test. I had a hard time going back to sleep after that.
I had to stay late after work for SARC (Sexual Harassment Awarness Training) which lasts about an hour, if no one asks questions. I know it will last longer because someone always asks some type of stupid question, like “what happens if I have an itch and I scratch it, someone could say I harassed them”, then you end up going throuh all the crap over again.
I have been driving Shane’s Ranger back and forth to work and hope to save some miles on the Sport Trac since it is getting close to 100K. I need to replace the O2 sensor since it keeps sending an error and the Check Engine light keeps coming on. I have just been clearning it out every time.

I find it very interesting that a majority of teen births are occuring in states with the most conservative religious beliefs. It appears that areas with concentrations of people who take a literal interpretation of the Bible, and frown upon contraception don’t feel the same about teenage sexual intercourse itself.
It appears that conservative religious families fail to discuss contraception with their children where families of more liberal religions talk to their children more openly and therefore have fewer teenage pregnancies.
I guess that’s why Sara Palin felt it was ok for her unwed teenage daughter to have a child but felt it was horable for schools to teach sex education, which included pregnancy prevention, in our schools.
I myself would rather have my kids learn from people trained in the subject and know all options and concenquences than to experience being a father or mother at the age of 17 or 18 becasue of a religious belief.
