Dawnell and Shane went to a hockey game on Saturday night and left me home to get some sleep before work. I slept pretty good.
It is really chilly or cold out tonight. We have a frost advisory, and this is about as early as I can ever remember having one. I turned the heat pump on to check out how it works and it did run today and did pretty good. Although it is a different feeling heat compared to the propane heat we have been using. Hopefully the heat pump will save us money over the propane, which we will keep in reserve incase it gets too cold for the heat pump to operate properly.

CRY BABY
In my last post I talked a little about Donal Blaney and his High Court order requires an unknown Twitter user anonymously posting under the same name, and thus breaching the copyright and intellectual property of the blog’s owner, to stop posting and immediately identify themselves. The law firm, Griffin Law, sucessfully got the High Court to issue the order to the anonymous tweeter via Twitter.
The Law firm’s website states that Donal Blaney’s blog is located at donalblaney.com which is actually incorrect. Donal Blaney uses Blogspot (http://donalblaney.blogspot.com/) to host his blog.
Now, in my opinion, a ruling by the British High Court really wouldn’t mean much to me here in the U.S. and it doesn’t appear to mean much to the tweeter either since he or she continues to tweet away.
Mr. Donal Blaney stop being such a “picklepuss”.

FAKE MARINE & BRAVE SERGEANT
A former mental patient who posed as a wounded Marine captain to found a statewide veterans group and campaign for political candidates, is being prosecuted under the Stolen Valor Act for making claims he received a Purple Heart.
Rick Glen Strandlof will be charged with one count of making false claims about receipt of military decorations or medals, a misdemeanor punishable by a year in jail and a $250,000 fine.
The Stolen Valor Act, passed in 2006, made it possible to prosecute military fakers who make only verbal claims about earning military medals. Prior to the act, phony veterans had to be caught wearing the medals to be prosecuted.
While the fake Marine will be going to jail this brave BLACK Watch sergeant, from the U.K., with red-hot shrapnel in his head continued directing a gun battle with the Taliban – from his STRETCHER.
He kept drilling his troops on how to combat the enemy even though he lay in agony from the deadly shrapnel embedded an inch inside his brain.
