About My Last Post

Uncategorized Add comments

I made a post earlier today. As always, I was pretty blunt in what I said. Was I wrong? Probably. Was I tired of everything going on over and over? Yes. Should I have handled it in a different way? Yes.

I am someone who speaks my mind, I don’t hold back anything. When I get mad, people know it, when I am annoyed they know it. Others may think the same things I do, and talk about it behind the peoples back but I bring it out in the open. (Thanks Mom). Some people are thin skinned and can’t accept that, some people do accept it.

I usually don’t make friends for those reasons, and going though life without friends is something I am use to. So when I lost two friends this morning for blogging what was on my mind, that is my fault but my life will continue. Work will be tense but I asked to be moved to a different section since there is no reason to make everyone in the section uptight over people not talking.

Should I apologize? Yes, but some things were said that continued and things I said were twisted and changed so it would do no good now.

Well that is my two cents on what my last post was about.

    Hey Ted,

Take a DEEP BREATH and RELAAAAAX …. first and foremost we are ALL human beings, by no means flawless and sometimes wrong, even dead-wrong – but still human beings. I find it great that you’re capable of being that self-critical, that absolutely speaks FOR YOU so – cut yourself a slack!

Out of own experience: LET IT REST FOR SOME DAYS!!! If you think an apology is necessary – you need the distance for that – NOW it would come out WRONG and make things only worse!

If these two you say you lost are REAL FRIENDS, they will accept your apology and go from there, forgetting what had happened … if NOT – they’re not worth your time. Rest assured, I KNOW what I am saying …

Give us a call, will ya?

Thanks Karin. It has been so busy here… Little Jay is keeping us on our toes day and night. I hope this placement works out and he can get his issues under control and stay here with us so we can adopt him. He is a good kid but has had a crap life so far.

Shane knows what it is like so he is helping a lot.

Thanks again. I will give you all a call. I may get my friend Jason to head out that way with me. He knows that area.

Just take your time! Either you’ll come or we’ll meet somewhere half way – I am sure there’s a lovely place somewhere to meet and chat! Are you close to Eppley? I’ll be there Wednesday in the VEEEEEERY morning!

I tried to get into your photo-blog but seem to be unable to … it asks me for a password and I have no clue WHICH one! Even I HAD one – it doesn’t give me a chance to type it in but switches right away to “error” … you might want to have a closer look! :-)

I don’t know why it is doing that. I will check it out and get it fixed. I am sure the last time I was in it adding pictures I probably screwed something up. I do that from time to time and then can’t remember what I did.

I will email you when I figure it out.

Hi Karin. I got the photo blog fixed. I was stupid and had put a password on the entire site instead of the foster children pictures, which I am not allowed to post until we adopt them. I just unlocked Shane’s pictures since he was adopted in October and that is when I screwed it all up..

I hope you enjoy the pictures.
